Nut Paste Cacao Mass Production Line
Nut paste – Cacao mass production line consist of pre-grinder and ball-mill. In pre-grinder nuts (cacao nibs) are grinded to the fineness off 100-150 microns and this mass is conveyed to ball-mill by frequency controlled pump. Final product grinded by ball-mill has fineness of 25-35 microns. Pre-grinder is fed by screw conveyor and feeding speed is adjustable. The system s double jacketed and thermostatically controlled.
